Job Title: Strategic Campaigns Manager

Location: Guildford, Leeds or London - Hybrid

What you’ll be doing

Lead on the specific area marketing plans; working with heads of Propositions / Product / Account Management/Business Development to agree priorities and develop appropriate campaign plans consisting of individual tactics to achieve agreed outcomes Build, activate, manage and coordinate the delivery of agreed marketing campaigns to support the business With the support of the wider Communication and Marketing team, drive the delivery of all campaign elements ensuring stakeholders are engaged throughout the process Management of resources, i.e. external supplier and agencies – including event suppliers, content partners and marketing/design/comms agencies  Ensure all campaign execution is completed on time and within budget Understand legal and process requirements and their implications for marketing activity i.e. data and web; Report on success of campaigns, ensuring lead volumes and conversion rates are measured and monitored.  Work with Account Management to ensure campaign follow up is regular Report to senior teams Ensuring compliance to company processes and brand guidelines Manage workflow for the agreed campaign priorities, managing time appropriately
 

Your skills and experiences

Experience and evidenced achievement in previous Marketing, Product Marketing or Campaign Manager role Planning and development processes for marketing strategy & tactics Key market awareness – National Government, Public Sector or major Corporate Effective campaign execution – across full marketing mix Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, providing a leadership approach for the agreed campaigns Budget management Strong communication and negotiation skills Proactive approach to the role Ability to ‘translate’ technical content into business messaging Excellent literacy and written English skills 'Hands on' knowledge of using Marketing Automation Systems (advantageous)
