Title: Tier 2 Strategic Account Manager – EMEA
Location: Paris / Sophia Antipolis
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
Hybrid - 3 days in the office
We are looking for an ambitious Strategic Account Manager (Tier 2) to join our growing SAM team in EMEA who will strengthen relationships with C-Level contacts and key decision makers across our important Tier 2 customer base.
The job involves relationship management, handling client issues as they arise, and strategically partnering with important decision makers. This position requires extensive client contact via phone, email and potentially face to face meetings. The role would suit someone who understands the value of long-term relationships and who passionately helps us drive growth across this customer tier.
In this role you will:
Build relationships with C-Level Executives / Key decision makers Manage customer relationships and address potential issues as they arise Drive growth in assigned accounts through lead identification and close collaboration with the DBC Increase registrations / DUM count through providing strategic guidance Work on client briefs, hold client meetings, and telephone calls Develop effective client presentations Partner closely with the CSP, DBC and where applicable BP team on the accountWhat skills do you need?
Must be fluent in both English and French An energetic and enthusiastic willingness to assist customers Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills An interest in working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders The ability to think strategically to meet the clients’ needs Effective communication and organizational skills
