Strategic Account Manager

This position will be a senior-level sales professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience and Equipment Financing knowledge that will drive NewLane Finance’s sales efforts. This is accomplished by working closely with the Director of Strategic Accounts in accordance with our overall Sales Execution Strategy. Your goal is to grow and expand vendor programs by engaging equipment resellers and their sales teams. The Strategic Account Manager will utilize telephone/email communication & occasionally support vendors in the field to provide an exceptional customer experience. NewLane Finance will provide training, support, and technology solutions that will help you succeed. Job Responsibilities: + Along with the DSA, Leverage Vendor Program Agreements (VPAs) with Equipment Manufacturers to schedule NewLane Capabilities webinars, via MS Teams, with targeted Equipment Reseller Companies. + Effectively position Manufacturer Official Endorsements to enlist sponsorship for each endorsed account relationship + Generate sales volume to achieve the targeted account quota for the accounts assigned within the structure of the Strategic Account partner programs. + Expand assigned strategic account relationships using program selling techniques. + Along with the Director of Strategic Accounts, schedule monthly/quarterly sales training to deliver professional presentations to equipment seller sales teams. + Compile market intelligence from equipment resellers on current finance partners and offerings. + Required to make fifty outbound business development calls per day to authorized resellers’ sales teams and move them through the sales funnel using Salesforce, a leading ‐ edge CRM technology tool. + Along with the Director of Strategic Accounts, prepare annual account plans and quarterly business reviews for established program accounts. + Work closely with the Director of Strategic Accounts in forecasting pipeline growth, sales activities, and volume achievement. + Develop and maintain accurate data in the client database. + Process lease applications and document all lease contracts. + Oversee all incoming business opportunities from Strategic Account dealers. + Participate in Annual Trade Show Events Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree desired but not required. + A minimum of (5) years of Sales experience is required with a working understanding of the equipment finance industry. + Self ‐ driven, and energetic with an entrepreneurial spirit. + Excellent technology skills a plus including Salesforce.com and MS Office. + Strong verbal/written communication skills required. + Ability to communicate with all levels of management. + Candidate should be self ‐ motivated and possess a desire to learn. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a sense of urgency. + Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting in a fast ‐ paced environment.
