Scope of Responsibilities: Directly supports and evaluates success of select marquis accounts and relationships as a trusted advisor and account contact. Supports and develops PBM strategy that is designed to enhance and engage both those assigned accounts and ProAct Client Relations wholistically. Guides and supports development opportunities that exist both internal and external to ProAct, relying on industry experience to observe, report and support. We anticipate the use of many tools and systems to accomplish these tasks, working under limited supervision.
Job Summary: As a critical member of the Client Relations Team, you are expected to own all aspects of account management necessary to drive success with your assigned book, supported via account coordination. Regular client interaction, reporting and strategy discussion are required. Our primary goals are client satisfaction, retention and upsell opportunities as appropriate. Participate and/or lead PBM strategy and business development conversations that directly impact success of the assigned book and ProAct Client Relations wholistically.
Responsibilities Responsible for retaining 90+% of assigned book of business by building best in class relationships with assigned clients and their intermediaries.Prepare and deliver renewals to prospects and existing clientsSupport and/or Develop PBM strategy discussions, documentation, and workshopsViewed as a senior team member and willing to mentor junior team members as appropriateAssist in the implementation stages of new clients, including employee orientation meetingsAssist in the on-going support and communication with new clientsResponsible to oversee the production of employee communication with the Marketing teamAssist in planning, implementing and participation of client educational forums and special events Attend on-site client service meetings, employee orientation meetings and health fairsPopulate key updates within ProAct’s CRM toolOversee contract administrationProvide input on development of marketing and advertising initiativesCoordinate attendance and exhibits for trade shows, conferences, health fairs and all other special eventsAssist the team in presentations and general strategies to promote retention and new business growthResponsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assigned QualificationsExperience:
Preferred: 10+ years’ experience in Sales & Marketing Management or Account Management in the employee benefits industryJob Skill Requirements:
Superior communication skills, both verbal and writtenSuperior organizational skillsFlexibility and ability to work under and meet deadlinesValid Driver’s LicenseCompensation
$85,000-95,000 per year.
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
