**Description**
**JOB SUMMARY:**
Responsible for overseeing daily operations of two store locations\. This will include overseeing merchandise and ticket sales as well as inventory maintenance, customer service, deposits, weekly and monthly paperwork, and rentals\. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* In charge of all daily operations of two store locations\.
* Responsible for keeping stores clean and well\-stocked\.
* Customer service including answering the phone, registering sales, and assisting customers with merchandise and Employees' Club information requests\.
* Purchasing, pricing, and restocking of all merchandise\.
* Ordering and maintaining inventory \(merchandise, food, and tickets\) and performing year\-end inventory count for both locations\.
* Prepare and maintain a current price sheet of store merchandise\.
* Balancing cash drawers\.
* Daily, weekly, and end\-of\-month bookkeeping\.
* Prepares change orders and delivers bank deposits\.
* Training employees in required duties\.
* Maintaining the membership list, processing new and leaving members\.
* Overseeing rental of shelters and ball diamonds at Beech Park\. Communicating with park staff to ensure all aspects of park rentals run smoothly\.
* Accounts payable for both stores and bank account reconciliation\.
* Coordinating any extra special events in which merchandise is sold\.
* Coordinate with other store locations on pricing and merchandising\.
**Qualifications**
**EDUCATION:**
* High School education or equivalent is required
**EXPERIENCE:**
* Related experience is preferred\.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Must have basic math skills and ability to keep accurate inventory and sales records\.
* Excellent customer service, cashier, and communication skills\.
* Be able to multi\-task and the ability to lift 25 lbs\.
* Good organizational and time management skills\.
