Facilitate company strategies for MRO management. Perform physical inventory of parts & supplies. Conduct daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts. Issue parts & supplies to Maintenance and production personnel. Conduct entry in CMMS of stock disbursements.Conduct dispatching of repair & returns.Conduct restocking of bins for goods receipts (parts & supplies).Responsible for improving the part descriptions on existing parts.Comply with all Fiberon policies and procedures. Participate on assigned teams. Support team decisions. Perform area housekeeping duties. Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner.Obtain RMA numbers from suppliers as needed.Prepare items for shipment and or communicate with suppliers as required.Maintain accurate equipment data in CMMS.Enter work order data into CMMS.Assist Maintenance Manager in the routine maintenance and upkeep of the CMMS.Provide clerical support as needed.Other duties may be assignedQualificationsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must exhibit a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment6 months experience working in a storeroom or tool cribWorking knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment, components and parts in order to best support the facility maintenance teamHigh School diploma or GEDPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior work experience with CMMS (MP2 Preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and AS400 required.Outstanding verbal and written skills
