Job Description

We are currently seeking a Store Room Coordinator to join our team of skilled professionals at our Clay  Hill, FL Location.  

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, this position will be responsible for all Store Room activities which ultimately play a significant role in the success of our plant buy ensuring the Store Room is equipped to service manufacturing and maintenance needs.

Job Duties:

Maintain Store Room inventory through Maximo computer based system.Process requests for new itemsShipping and Receiving of parts or materialsMaintain a rotating stock, assess inventory for critical partsCreate PR’s for purchasing stockWork with Purchasing Department to process ordersReceive and verify incoming parts and suppliesDistribute and stock parts to proper locationsWork with vendors to get items expedited as necessaryPerform inventory/cycle countsAudit and correct for documentation errors or create new as neededMaintain work area in a safe and orderly mannerCoordinate with Maintenance, parts needed for projectsAssist in locating and/or picking parts and materialsCreate vendor relationships that provide the best service for companyDetermine best pricing for restocking partsWork with Maintenance to determine proper stocking levels and adjust as necessary

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a storeroom, coordinating/management of a storeroom, or working in procurement.Associate’s degree in business or technology fieldAbility to drive a propane forklift, reach truck and electric pallet liftMust be able to lift 60+ poundsWork flexible hours to support production and maintenance
