Our IT Store Projects Facilitator ensures that our stores are equipped with the right software and the right hardware at the right time.

IT Qualification or certification. 2 years’ IT experience setting up/working with the following: Peripheral devices e.g., card machines and iPad’s Point of Sale hardware & software  General Networking (Routers, switches)  Project management and ability to work within deadlines. Preventative Maintenance in the Store network. Great communication(telephone etiquette), admin & documentation skills Setting up and testing of new IT hardware & software devices being rolled out into our Mr Price Group retail stores  Follow rollout program and manage changes made into all our Mr Price Group stores environment.               Vendor and supplier liaison (Internal & external) Documenting changes by updating schedules, test results,  Asset maintenance & management by way of Preventative maintenance programs and asset tracking toolsets.
