Job Title: Store Operations Information and Support Intern

Job Summary: The Store Operations Information and Support Intern will assist with the building, designing, and testing of Store Operations reports. The position provides support to Wawa Store Operations Information team and Call Center. This position will utilize several data sets including Zoom Phone data, ServiceNow, and MAS.
Principal Duties:Assist the team with designing, building, and testing MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and Excel based reports. Primary data sets will include Zoom, ServiceNow, and MAS.Assist with investigation, research, documentation and resolution of issues and user problems in a timely and courteous manner. Escalate problems as required.Assist with the development and maintenance of processes and procedures and standard operating procedures.Proactively share new learnings with others to improve organizational efficiencies.Essential Functions:
