Key Responsibilities:Personalization:Select items for personalization based on customer orders and ensure accuracy in needle and thread usage.Quality Control:Assess embroidered items for frayed threads and ensure quality before customer pickup.Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on the embroidery machine.Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with personalization requests.Sales Floor:Be mobile on the sales floor, able to lift and move items, and operate the POS system.
