Our client a leading retailer is looking for an experienced store manager for their store in Witbank
Job Specification
Achievement of store targets
Stock management performance
Operational planning and objective / target setting priority setting and scheduling
Monitoring and reporting
Resolve escalated issues eg customer queries
Liaison with internal and external service departments
Management of store budget / expenses
Store specific customer growth strategies
Staff recruitment and selection and succession planning
Individual performance management and training / development
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12/ Matric
Tertiary qualification in management finance or commerce will be advantageous
5 to 8 years related store management experience
Working knowledge of a store management system
Must have excellent financial skills and good industrial relations experience
Basic coaching skills
Computer literacy in MS Office
Must be willing to work shifts weekends and public holidays
Salary Market related
