Our client is searching for a highly experienced Store Manager The ideal candidate must have solid experience as a store manager with a retail fashion brand
Duties and responsibilities will include the following
Full responsibility and accountability of the store
General administration
Manage shrinkage and control stock takes
POS process management
HR/IR management including procedures
Operational planning
Customer service
Operations policy & procedures
Ensure that sales and all expenses are in line with budgets
Ensure that stock indicators are inline with required company benchmarks
Staff costs
Store profit
Required Experience
Store retail operational management experience
Above average knowledge of management principles
Planning leadership and organising skills
Interpersonal and communication skills
Assertiveness and analytical thinker
Ability to train and develop employees
Ability to inspire employees
Must have a fashion retail background
Salary Market related
