Store Manager (Non-Optom) -

About the role

As an Opticians Store Manager, you will report to the Regional Manager. Working with your team members you will have the autonomy to run your business and will lead your team to deliver the best customer experience every time. You will not need previous optical experience for this role although experience in retail leadership is required.

Create an environment where there is a persistent focus on ensuring our teams are looking after our customers and having fun on the way!

Deliver our targets, interpreting and acting upon insights and data to maximise results

Lead our teams to be the best that they can be and in turn are providing genuine care to all our customers

Maintain clinical, retail and legal standards

Engage with your customers and team to understand how we can aim to be better

Meet multiple goals at any one time and at pace

Manage budgets and achieve targets
