QR4010 Store Manager &ndash La Lucia Mall
Our client a leading international retail group is searching for an experienced Store Manager to join their retail team The successful candidate would be required to plan and direct the day to day operations of the store Develop strategies to improve customer service drive store sales increase profitability support and implement company policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment
Key Performance
Drive Sales and KPIs daily to ensure store targets are met
Implement and maintain VM standards
Manage daily cash ups
Monitor incoming stock
Ensure that excellent customer service is rendered
Administer daily stock counts
Conduct staff meetings at least once a month
Manage staff and staffing issues
Maintain stock levels
Conduct stock takes 2 to 3 times per annum
Ongoing liaison and feedback to Head Office
Compile shift roster and advise staff timeously
Manage and take responsibility for sales target
Submit monthly and daily reports
Ensure that Retail service and branding standards are upheld
Compile action plan on monthly basis
Conduct Store Manager meeting once a month
Individual interaction with staff on a monthly basis and reporting thereof
Petty Cash reconciliation
Adhere to strict deadlines including administration
Requirements
Minimum 5 years high end branded retail management experience
Computer literate in MS Office especially Excel on an intermediate level
Knowledge of a computer POS system is essential
Strong staff training skills
Experience in administering discipline and disciplinary procedures essential
Excellent administrative skills
Experience in maintaining optimum stock levels
Wellpresented and high service ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage staff
Ability to manage conflict and problem solving
Previous experience in managing and achieving sales targets
Salary Market related
