Store Manager

Farm and Ranch store in beautiful Western Montana is looking for a leader to join their team as Store Manager. The parent company, located in Washington, has 11 retail stores plus produces their own feed products. 

Responsibilities include: 

Coach and provide feedback on enhancing employee performance.  Create a desirable work environment through promotions, recognition, and empowerment.  Hire, develop, evaluate, discipliner, and retain staff.  Communicate company processes, policies and values to staff.  Oversee daily operations.  Schedule, organize and plan daily activities.  Promote a safe and productive work environment for staff and customers.  Seek ways to better promote the store, product lines, and service.  Run financial and inventory reports.  Manage costs, coordinate shipping / receiving activities, and maintain vendor relationships.  Manage daily merchandise flow to ensure adequate stock and inventory levels.  Ensure the store is always presentable and clean. 
Requirements: 3 years experience in retail store management Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.  Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
This is a full time, long term, direct hire position. Manager will work 45 hours per week, Monday through Friday, day shift. Store is open on the weekends, so candidate must be available as needed.
