Store Manager (40hr) - @Home - Seapoint - Cape Town

Responsibilities:  

Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets 

Controlling expenses 

Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard 

People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management 

Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards 

Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers 


 

Qualifications: 

A Matric certificate. 

Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 2 years proven store management experience.

An excellent leader and business manager 

High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers and situations. 

A high sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently.
