Stockroom Inventory Lead
**Job Description** The Inventory Lead ensures that all stockroom inventory processes are executed per operating instructions and compliance requirements. Including but not limited to; cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, discrepancy research, stockroom daily sheet research, inventory adjustments, training, and inventory audit leadership. + Demonstrates leadership of stockroom inventory activities + Identify and help implement process improvements + Interacts heavily with manufacturing value streams + Assigns resources to complete daily work and shows willingness to perform same work + Ensures resources are performing assigned tasks and following work instructions + Subject matter Expert for Oracle stock system transactions + Train co-workers on stockroom inventory transactions + Perform internal compliance audits + Conduct research and assign root cause of errors providing feedback to manager + Perform inventory adjustments and system transactions that have financial impact per work instructions **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Highschool diploma or education equivalency and 3 years of work experience in manufacturing, warehousing or inventory control. + Candidate will be required to research inventory discrepancies which requires a strong analytical acumen. + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. + Manage multiple priorities and provide solutions to existing issues. + Strong computer skills to carry out data entry in Oracle (ERP system) & Microsoft Office. + Ability and willingness to recommend and lead process improvements + Ability to operate hand jack and lift up to 50lbs frequently. + Must be able to read and fully comprehend written instructions. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Ability to obtain a forklift licensee and operate powered industrial trucks. + Working experience with Oracle or SAP. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $41900 - $67000 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
