Stock Management Assistant Internship – July 2025 

In the Chanel Boutique in Brussels, you will assist the stock manager and support the store's operations.

The internship focuses on the following tasks :

Daily Support for Inventory Management :

Receipt of merchandise and individual quality control of productsRestocking inventoryOrganizing incoming and outgoing transfers between storesOrganizing and maintaining physical and digital inventoryOrganizing and participating in cycle countsMonitoring and controlling reservations

In-Store Activity :

Depending on customer traffic, peak activity times in the store, or the absence of a team member, you may be required to assist in the back office or on the sales floor :

Supporting sales advisors (welcoming customers, gift-wrapping, after-sales service)Optimizing inventoryPreparing events and customer giftsConducting analyses related to inventory or the store

 

Profile

Rigor, adaptability, initiative, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills are key to succeeding in this role.French, English, and Flemish are spoken in the store.The internship will be conducted in uniform while on-site.
