Our client is searching for a Stock Controller to be based at their Pretoria Head Office
Key Performance Areas
Control of receiving stock
Control of dispatching stock
Scanning in stock received GRN PASTEL
Ensure orders are shipped timeously and within time frames given by Head Office
Generating invoices on pastel for orders
Collections of proof of delivery notes
Generating reports on excel
Packing of stock to the stores
Daily stock count to be conducted and stock level reports sent out
Reporting stock soon to be expired
Ensure stock and packaging material levels is replenished
Online store orders to be packaged posted and tracked
control of couriers which includes maintaining relationships with the courier companies
Stock rotation for the stores
Run reports for inventory going in and out
Assist Sales Reps with queries
Deliveries to our main stores
Debtors follow up on payments
Tracking Stores back orders
Adhoc general tasks
The Stock Controller must display the following critical competencies

Requirements
3 years plus work experience as a stock controller
2 to 3 years working experience in warehousing and retail
Must have own car & have a valid drivers licence
Basic Pastel experience
Must have some financial background with good numeracy skills
Must be willing to work after hours if necessary
Must be physically fit be energetic and in good health as this role will require working movement of stock etc
Salary Market related
