The Role

As our Stock Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and support our management team to achieve sales and operational goals.

Responsibilities of our Stock Associate will include:

Management of stock staff to maximize productivity.Full knowledge of all shipping and receiving procedures and paperwork distribution.Oversee and confirm all receipts, deliveries, outgoing packagesInter-store transfers, IBT's and damages.
Client purchases, consignments, charge sends to other locations.Overall stockroom organization

Additionally, our Stock Associate will have the following skills and experience:

Experience in a customer facing role ideally within a premium or luxury retail environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMotivated, focused and driven to achieve individual and team goalsTeam playerAbility to work under pressure
