Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in JavaScript MDM Architecture and Stibo. Experience in Supply Chain Management is a plus. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively to drive project success. The position operates during day shifts with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions using Stibo and JavaScript.Oversee the development and maintenance of MDM architecture to ensure data integrity and consistency.Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure the successful deployment of MDM solutions by conducting thorough testing and validation.Monitor and optimize system performance to meet business needs and improve efficiency.Develop and maintain documentation for MDM processes configurations and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MDM systems in a timely manner.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve MDM solutions.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective technical solutions.Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards in all MDM activities.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Mentor junior developers and provide training on MDM tools and technologies.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in JavaScript with proven experience in developing complex applications.Demonstrate expertise in MDM Architecture particularly with Stibo.Have a good understanding of Supply Chain Management processes and systems.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.Show strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.Have experience in leading technical projects and guiding team members to achieve project goals.Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model and manage tasks efficiently during day shifts.Possess strong documentation skills to maintain comprehensive records of MDM processes.Show a commitment to data governance and ensuring compliance with relevant policies.Have a track record of optimizing system performance and improving efficiency.Exhibit the ability to conduct thorough testing and validation of MDM solutions.Demonstrate experience in mentoring and training junior developers.
