This person supervises day-to-day operation of the hotel's stewarding department and ensures all health regulations are maintained. As a Stewarding Manager you will be responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas. This department is also responsible for preparing items for banquets/events and delivering those items to the appropriate location throughout the hotel. This is a physical position that will involve lifting, pushing, and pulling a moderate amount of weight, and requires open schedule availability.Additional duties may include administrative tasks, scheduling, payroll, and training of staff.
