**Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
The Stewarding Manager is an integral part of the Food & Beverage team. This person supervises day-to-day operation of the hotel's stewarding department and ensures all health regulations are maintained. As a Stewarding Manager you will be responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas. This department is also responsible for preparing items for banquets/events and delivering those items to the appropriate location throughout the hotel. This is a physical position that will involve lifting, pushing, and pulling a moderate amount of weight, and requires open schedule availability.Additional duties may include administrative tasks, scheduling, payroll, and training of staff.

**Qualifications:**
+ A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
+ Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
+ 3-5 years of hotel management or supervisory experience is preferred
+ Organized and has experience in health regulations compliance
+ Refined communication and technical skills
+ Strong leadership skills is highly recommended
+ Ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend and holidays
