Cleans and maintains food and beverage storage/preparation/cooking areas and equipment, ensuring that they are kept at the highest level of sanitation and qualityMaintains proper sanitation of all dishwashing and pot washing areas and equipmentOperates/maintains dishwashing equipment properly to provide clean, sanitized china, glass and silverSorts/washes/stores all china, glassware, silverware, service wares, pots, pans, utensilsOperates silver burnishing equipmentPolishes silver serving equipment, silverware and utensilsOperates floor cleaning equipment, maintains resilient floor surfacesRemoves all trash from kitchen areas, operates garbage disposal and trash compactorMaintains control over food and beverage china, glass, silver, cookware and service equipment inventoriesAssists in food service set up of banquet areas prior to functionPerforms breakdown of all food service materials and equipment after banquet functionsAttends required department meetings to keep abreast of in-house activities/promotions and eventsOther duties as assigned

Qualifications
