The focus is on managing the sterilization, decontamination, packaging, and inventory of supplies, equipment, and instruments to support production and business operations.** **Location:** **New Brunswick, NJ** **Shift** **: 3rd Shift** **Pay:** **$21.25** **Key Responsibilities:** + **Inspect, Decontaminate, Sterilize, and Document** : Inspect and sterilize medical device kits and production materials, with potential exposure to noncompliant organisms. + **Coordinate Material Flow and Aseptic Transfers** : Manage the flow of materials and perform aseptic transfers of supplies and donors to ensure efficient production processes. + **Sanitize Equipment and Production Areas** : Follow chemical disinfection protocols to sanitize equipment and production areas. + **Inventory Management** : Manage inventory of sterile and non-sterile supplies, garments, and scrubs, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste. + **Documentation and Housekeeping** : Maintain documentation for sterilization activities, uphold housekeeping standards, and assist with bio-waste disposal. + **Special Projects and Additional Duties** : Support special projects and perform other assigned duties as needed. **Qualifications:** + **Education** : High School Diploma + **Experience** : + 1 year in specimen banking, sterile processing, or as a surgical technician. + 1 year in sterile pharmaceutical/medical production environments. + Experience with hand tools or precision tasks requiring fine motor skills. + **Skills** : + Knowledge of sterilization processes. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).INDBHLIDNP We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
