Minimum Matric, Mechanical Diploma Preferred.
Trade Tested Boilermaker/Welder – non-negotiable.
Read and interpret drawings.
Minimum 10 years working in a Fabrication Workshop as an artisan.
Minimum 2 years as a Fabrication Workshop Foreman /Supervisor.
Site Foremen and Supervisors will not be considered.
Manage HR/IR/Leave issues
Manage timekeeping.
Manage outputs.
Makes sure consumable are available at all times.
Keep manager informed of progress.
