Package manager steel & cladding – Groningen – Data centres

EU Passport / RTW in Holland required

Due to continued expansion we're looking for an experienced Package Manager to manage our Steel and Cladding Package of works on our Data Centre Project based in Groningen - Netherlands.

What you’ll be doing

• Participate in tender, preconstruction and Construction as and when required

• Complete understanding of all the project objectives

• Build, develop, support and maintain the team

• Build and maintain a good relationship with the client and all external parties

• Monitor progress with up to date programmes so that timely clear direction can be given to the team on critical construction/financial targets

• Develop the Tender Programme into a construction programme

• Development, Management and Maintenance of Site Management Plan

• Identify and evaluate risks, determine and manage actions, maintain Risk Register

• Manage and control changes to scope, requirements, personnel

• Monitor progress against cost plans, programmes and quality/environmental plans

• Manage stakeholder engagement

• Develop and protect our subcontractor relationships and contribute to our recognition within the industry

• Manage the design

What we’re looking for

 You'll have demonstrable experience operating within a similar role, looking after Steel and Cladding packages. You're computer literate with strong organisational and leadership skills.
