The Starbucks Supervisor assists the Starbucks Manager with training and development of staff. Performs duties of all positions within the department. Resolves employee and guest-related problems. Uses proper cash handling and accounting procedures. Acts as a Store Manager when required. Must possess working knowledge of computer terminal and cash register operations.

Qualifications Prior Starbucks Supervisory experience preferred2-3 years prior supervisory or management experienceAbility to communicate effectively with customers and other Team MembersExperience with MICROS POS system a plusPrior Serve Safe Certification preferredExcellent problem solving skills & ability to multi-taskUnderstanding of food safety and hygiene practicesAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Benefits
