Summary:
Responsible for assisting with the day to day operation and direct supervision of assigned activities within the Starbucks outlet. Oversee overall department and/or shift(s) as assigned. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or employee challenges.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Assist with training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and/or scheduling department staff, as assigned Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures and recommend methods to improve efficiency and service Monitor staff to ensure outstanding guest service is being provided at all times and handle any guest concerns or complaints Assist with reviewing and researching room financial reports, including reviewing the monthly profit and loss statements and payroll to ensure monthly budget requirements are achieved Ensure that the outlet remains clean, organized and properly functioning, and that all equipment is properly maintained Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees Perform other duties as assigned
