A week in the life of a Standards Compliance Manager includes:

Responsible for CAF FSTP/FSTR/Testing ensure DTOC meets mission package standards  Responsible for MAF DMO standard compliance Collaborate & Responsible for SCARS Incremental Standards Certification  Responsible for developing and executing test plans related to software interoperability with connected training devices Collaborate with Training System Support Centers (TSSC) and issue/respond to SPRs as required  Represent DTOC and ANG DMO standards at standard working groups identified by the government  Represent DTOC and ANG simulation requirements at industry conferences as required  Consult with ANG Staff on OTI enterprise standards and simulator procurement as required   Knowledge on CDS technologies and how DTOC M&S tool kits are affected
