Partner with the best
Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Discuss consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.
Take ownership to ensure delivery targets
In this role you will be responsible to ensuring on-time delivery from the WIP release to WIP completion. You will play a key role in our manufacturing daily activities, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials.
As Manufacturing Planner, you will be responsible for:
Analysing critical path of the Supply Chain and identify actions to shorten test execution and delivery lead timeAnalysing upstream bottleneck/shop capacity and update forecast testing to be aligned with commercial operations demands and internalAnalysing internal workload and point out overload to come up with improvements actionsCoordinating all the Inventory, SMI and Excess initiativesInterfacing with MFG planning and other functions Eng/Procurement/ITO to guarantee the planning is aligned with Customer and Business expectationsLeveraging digitization to develop new tool for smart test bench planningMassa Standard Test Material planner interfacing for all material (test and job) needed for the testCoordinating Material Planners on short term & longterm planning of all components need for the STD Test area, ensuring Test execution, sales targets and optimize inventoryControlling and updating progress of activities inside CellMaterials and tool availability checking and shortages managementCustomer notification managementFuel your passion
