Join our dynamic group that provides technical and operational support for the IT infrastructure (servers and networks)! Your days will be filled with stimulating activities and technical challenges that will allow you to grow both professionally and personally. We are looking for someone who demonstrates interest and basic familiarity with operating systems, networks, software, and hardware in order to provide user support and collaborate with the team. Additionally, you will be involved in continuous learning and updating on the company's IT products, services, and systems. Join us in creating exceptional tech experiences at Nestlé. **A Day in the Life of an IT Platform Support Intern…** • Configuration and implementation of computer networks: You will work closely with global teams to configure and implement secure and efficient computer networks, ensuring connectivity and communication between various devices and systems. • Participation in innovative projects: You will be involved in projects for the development of new technologies and support systems, collaborating with the Global IT Hub to implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance the IT infrastructure. • Support in application installation: You will provide support in the installation and configuration of applications on both on-premises and cloud servers, ensuring compliance with corporate security and compliance policies. • Testing and deployment of updates: You will assist in testing and deploying updates and patches on servers and switches, ensuring that the IT infrastructure is always up-to-date and secure. • User support: You will provide technical support to users via phone, email, or chat, resolving technical issues. • IT problem-solving: You will identify and resolve IT issues reported by users, using your technical and logical skills to find quick and lasting solutions. • Documentation and monitoring: You will document all interactions and user resolutions in the ticketing system, monitoring progress and ensuring that all requests are handled efficiently. • Collaboration with IT teams: You will work closely with local and international IT teams to ensure timely and effective problem resolution, maintaining strong working relationships. • Continuous updating: You will stay updated on the company's IT products, services, and systems by participating in training sessions and workshops to improve your technical skills. • Process improvement: You will be encouraged to identify and suggest improvements to existing processes to optimize their efficiency, contributing to making the IT team more effective and responsive. **What will make you successful:** • Basic knowledge of operating systems, software, and hardware. • Knowledge of the Office 365 suite (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to learn and adapt quickly. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate. • Native Italian speaker with a good command of English. **Who we are, What we Believe in** We are Nestlé.
