What You'll Do

人事部門（HR Team）に所属し、コンサルタントのプロジェクトアサインメント調整業務を 担って頂きます。

コンサルタントのプロジェクトアサインを戦略的に調整し、経営層や各メンバーと連携しながら、組織のパフォーマンス向上に貢献します。人材の最適な配置を通じて、組織全体の成長を支える重要な役割です。 

【業務内容】
・コンサルタントのプロジェクトアサインを担当し、個々のスキルや希望、プロジェクトの要件を考慮しながら最適な配置を調整
・週次でのアサイン調整およびチーム編成の最適化
・経営者層との密接な連携を通じ、ビジネスニーズと社員のキャリアのバランスを取りながら調整
・会社の売上に直結する重要な役割であり、クライアントの機密情報・社員の人事情報を適切に取り扱う慎重さと守秘義務が求められる

What You'll Bring

【必須条件】

・大学卒業以上

・人事領域でのキャリア構築に強い意欲をお持ちの方
・英語力（TOEICスコア750点以上 またはビジネスレベル）
・社会人経験3年以上（人事経験は不問）
・主体的に業務を推進し、複数のタスクを同時に管理しながら、課題を解決し成果を創出できる能力
・経営層や各部署と円滑な関係を構築する高いコミュニケーション力

・チーム全体の成果を最大化するための協働力（チームで協働することが得意な方に最適な環境です）
