Requisition ID: 75046 Job Responsibilities + Support and debug tester or handler platforms migration to higher parallelism test solutions + Provide technical support to factory sites to resolve any test solution related issue + Lead cost saving solutions including increased test parallelism and test time reduction + Support production ramp up for new product transfer to test supplier sites for probe and final test Job Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering + Minimum 8 years relevant experience + Strong understanding of ATE Test Programming principles with experience in RF and Mixed-Signal + Test Program development experience & skills, including knowledge of C/C++, VB, MCU Assembly Language, PERL, Python, Scripting + Must have experience on V93000 SOC Tester - Smartest 8 and preferably Teradyne (FLEX, J750) Skyworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
