Position: Staff Surveyor
Location: Columbus, OH
Our team of 40+ professionals have access to the latest tools such as, GPS, robotic, and hydrographic surveying equipment. Our Land Surveying team does it all, from land title surveys, to topographic and boundary surveys, to hydrographic, transportation and utility route surveys, to right-of-way services and construction staking.
Responsibilities Preparation of deliverables for boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, right-of-way plans, topographic surveys, and construction staking calculationsAssist in performing boundary research and property line determinations for surveying and engineering projectsCommunicate with clients and internal groups/employees in a professional mannerReview work of other surveying staffOther duties as assigned Qualifications Must hold a current Surveyor Intern (SI) certificate or Professional Surveyor (PS) License in Ohio, or be on a track to pursue and obtain the SI certificate within 1 year of employment or the PS license within 4 years of employmentKnowledge in current version of either AutoCAD/C3D or Microstation/ORD a mustKnowledge in both drafting platforms listed above considered a plusMicrosoft Office knowledgeKnowledge of construction staking and calculations associated with staking considered a plus Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
