Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on AIOps topics such as log analysis, anomaly detection algorithms, fault prediction algorithms, and root cause analysis.Develop and implement novel AIOps algorithms and techniques, leveraging advanced machine learning models and deep learning architectures.Evaluate the performance of AIOps algorithms and techniques using rigorous experimental methods and metrics.Publish research papers in top-tier conferences and journals, presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.Collaborate closely with other researchers, engineers, and product teams to translate research into practical AIOps solutions.

Qualifications:

PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of industry experience in research or development of AI-powered solutions for IT operations.Proven expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data analysis.In-depth knowledge of log analysis, anomaly detection, fault prediction, and root cause analysis techniques.Familiarity with various machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.Experience with CUDA programming and GPU-accelerated computing for efficient model training and inference.Demonstrated ability to optimize framework code for performance and scalability.Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.Fluency in English.
