Job overview and responsibilities

The Staff Representative for Human Resources Brazil supports the HR department in ensuring an efficient business operation. The HR Representative have both administrative and strategic responsibilities in all areas of labor relations, such as administration of employees personal information files, generate analytical reports, control and manage positions and salaries, administration of insurance policies, maintain relationships with the unions, among others administrative duties as assigned by department leadership.

Assist internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests from employees, supporting management and/or employees on local labor law information, company policies and procedures, conduct, performance issues and disciplinary actionsAdministration of staff contracts and maintain both hard and digital accurate copies of employees’ recordsGenerate and manage analytical HR data reports and presentationsAdministration of wages and salaries, supporting compensation and benefits divisionsHealth care support and insurance polices administrationSupport all recruitment and hiring practices, new employee orientation, promotions and transfers, and exit processesAssist and work in partnership with the Financial ( Payroll) and Occupational Health and Safety Divisions

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

Bachelors degree in bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field2-4 years experience in HRExperience with MS OfficeExcellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awarenessKnowledge of local labor lawsObserve discretion and confidentiality as required due to the nature of the information handledService oriented, good interpersonal skills, proactive and ability to deal with internal customersMust be legally authorized to work in Brazil for any employer without sponsorshipMust be fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
