The auditor may supervise students or auditors directly assigned to projects the auditor leads. The auditor maintains open and timely communication between the OARC and the client management. The auditor may provide training and consultation to campus staff regarding internal controls and mitigation strategies as needed. The auditor may periodically be assigned to work under the CEARC to assist with other OARC activities and special projects to support an array of audit, risk and compliance needs at OSU . The auditor’s efforts will align with and contribute to the diversity, equity and inclusion efforts outlined in OSU’s Diversity Action Plan.
