Inpatient Behavioral Health
The purpose of this position is to provide discharge planning services, initial assessment and support to patients hospitalized on the inpatient behavioral health services. The inpatient care coordinator reports to the Inpatient Medical Director for Behavioral Health. They work closely and in collaboration with other inpatient staff including psychiatrists, mid-level providers, therapists, nurses, program specialists and aids, and clerical support staff.
