What you'll work on:
Implement automation to make IT processes repeatable, scalable, and secure.
Use standalone code, webhooks, or API integrations to optimize and interconnect our SaaS environment.
Guide “build vs. buy” decisions for integrations and tooling for IT and other departments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and design to deployment and monitoring.
Apply the grease of automation to the squeaky wheel of processes for IT and our cross-functional partners.
With the IT leadership to help drive functional areas of IT through process and technology.
Collaborate with IT teammates and other stakeholders to mature our ITIL processes.

What you'll bring to Circle:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
7+ years of experience in IT.
4+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
4+ years of experience working with Okta as an IDP and IAM service.
Deep understanding of SSO and a strong security background.
Strong familiarity with working within ITIL framework.
Ability to define, drive, and deliver complex projects.
Understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, cloud-based AI services).
Ability to design, develop, and deploy AI models.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range:
$130,000 - $170,000
