Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Staff Frontend Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and refining user-facing features of our sophisticated platform. Your expertise will ensure that our users experience a highly intuitive, responsive, and performant interface.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Frontend Development: Design, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable frontend solutions using React and TypeScript. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to create high-quality features that align with user needs and business goals. Enhance Performance: Optimize frontend performance to ensure a seamless user experience, focusing on fast load times and smooth interactions. Code Quality: Uphold high standards of code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. Mentorship: Mentor junior frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Innovate: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development and contribute to ongoing platform improvements.

Qualifications:

Experience: 7+ years of frontend development experience with a strong focus on React and TypeScript. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX). Performance Optimization: Proven experience with frontend performance optimization techniques and tools. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

Backend Knowledge: Experience with Node.js and backend development to facilitate better integration with frontend systems. Financial Markets: Familiarity with financial markets and trading platforms, or a strong willingness to learn. Design Systems: Experience with design systems and component libraries.
