Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle the qualification and setup of HAMR development tools, ensuring smooth execution of future upgrades while efficiently managing the conversion and setup of both Amber tools and HAMR blades.Setting up, qualifying, and maintaining HAMR blade offline stations, including installing SW, testing functionality, and qualifying all requirements prior to releasing them to operations or repair facilities.Validate the new HAMR HW from ATE design team before production release.Maintain and repair SDET testers and perform preventive maintenance on HW.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Engineering (bachelor’s) with in-depth knowledge and understanding of HW used in the Blade/Amber platform for testing magnetic recording heads. At least 5 years of “hands-on” work experience in new HW qualification, validation, and maintenance on Blade/Amber platform for testing recording heads.
