Job Description
A major diabetes-centered medical device company is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to join their Software R&D organization. This individual will be helping with the design, build, and maintenance of software development infrastructure, supporting product development and distribution that tie to the companys strategic imperatives. The role involves architecting, building, and maintaining advanced CI/CD pipelines, managing multi-cloud deployments, and automating SCM workflows. The ideal candidate will enhance developer productivity, streamline test automation, and continuously improve product quality and development efficiency. Additionally, they will provide expert DevOps coaching and support, and troubleshoot deployment issues on both Linux and Windows platforms. Skills and Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
- Multi-cloud experience - preferably with AWS, Azure, and Salesforce
- Full end-to-end CI/CD pipeline development experience (architecting, building, and maintaining)
- Strong skills in one or more automation scripting tool (i.e. Java, Python, YAML, JSON, C, C++) to manage pipelines and IAC
- Proficiency in 2 or more of the following technologies: Docker, Git/GitHub, Artifactory, Ansible, Terraform, AWS, Azure DevOps, and Kubernetes - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Comfort working in Linux-based and MacOS command line environments (system administration skills are a plus) null
