In this role, you will lead a high-performing team while remaining hands-on—designing and implementing tools for deployment, automation, and monitoring to ensure the high availability, security, and performance of our DSPM solutions. If you're passionate about scaling secure infrastructure, optimizing performance, and growing your career in an innovative environment, this is the role for you. **Requirements** : + 5+ years of experience in operating services in AWS. + Strong experience in working with micro-service architecture & cloud-native services. + Experience using observability tools for log management, metrics, alerting etc. + A good sense of database performance monitoring, building and setting up new infrastructure as code (Terraform, CFT, etc.) + Working on ways to automate and improve deployment and related processes. + Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against threats. + Identifying technical problems, strong ability to troubleshoot live production issues and developing software updates. + Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended Our culture values and respects individuals who are hands-on, honest, focused, and committed.
