Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; no weekends or holidays

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible to assess, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate new and ongoing clinical education programs that support life-long learning, professional growth, role competence, quality and safety for patients, colleagues, healthcare providers and external learners.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in health or education related field required. Master's degree preferred. Experience:  Adult education, instructional design, and use of a variety of teaching techniques and strategies preferred. Special Skills and Competencies: Strong technology skills including software ie: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AV equipment. High degree of initiative and judgment. Ability to work flexible hours. May require after business hours, weekends, and travel.
