Glenburnie Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a Staff Development RN to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Directs the orientation program for all new employees and schedules ongoing coordinated education in-services.Evaluates resident care practices throughout the facility and identifies instructional needs.Designs educational programs commensurate with needs.Documents all programming as required by state standards and maintains a reference library.Provides specialized training needs in all departments on request of Department Heads.Notifies Department Heads about scheduling of required staff education, immunizations and additional department education.Administers and records licensed staff competencies.Maintains staff immunization recordsPerforms other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and facility needs.

Qualifications for Staff Development:

Valid RN licenseAt least one year experience of Staff Development required
