What will I be doing?
A Staff Canteen Assistant is responsible for keep all canteen areas cleaned and tidy and helping the Staff Chef keep the Buffet full and ready to the team members.
\n\nHelp the Staff Chef to top up the Buffet, also food and drink stations. \nKeep working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination\nKeep all canteen areas clean and tidy up, including Tables and Floor\nCommunicate with other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships\nReport maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation\nBe environmentally aware\n\n\n
