A Day in the LifeIn the heart of downtown Huntington, our West Virginia office is within walking distance of the scenic Ohio River, Marshall University, and a variety of shopping and dining options. Our West Virginia attorneys have active practices throughout the region, including in Kentucky and Ohio. Having experienced counsel in West Virginia is crucial to better serving our corporate clients.
You will be joining a highly skilled team of attorneys who have substantial courtroom experience at the state and federal levels. They practice in a variety of areas including commercial litigation, class actions/mass torts, product liability, appellate, chemical exposure/toxic torts, insurance litigation, transportation, medical/healthcare litigation, labor/employment litigation, financial services, and banking.

We Know YouYou possess at least one 1 year of meaningful experience in civil litigation with toxic tort experience being a plus. With an attention for detail, you're a first-rate communicator whose written and oral advocacy skills are outstanding. You are a member in good standing of the West Virginia Bar.
