ActivitiesAs Staff Assistant - TRACK Administrator (Contractor), your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Monitoring of Software Interfaces and performance of the software. Communicate and assist IT and 3rd party consultants on errors and issues within the Interfaces.
· Facilitates activities and training sessions for Timekeepers and Supervisors using TRACK.
· Setup, Monitor and Maintaining Master Data Requirements, Personnel, Work Schedules and Skill Assignments in TRACK.
· Coordinates Vendor On-Boarding with Contractors and Procurement.
· Maintain Master Data and User Profiles.
· Monitor Exception Handling, Override and Allocations processes. Provide information and feedback to Timekeepers and Supervisors with any deficiencies found in these processes.
· Responds to all requests related to TRACK in a timely fashion. Keeps workload current by using time efficiently and suggests work process improvements.
· Responsible in running the MRRL transaction weekly for the TRACK Vendors who are setup as ERS Vendors.
Experience:
· High School Diploma, plus 5+ years administrative professional experience in a refinery/petrochemical environment and 3+ Years Timekeeping experience. Contract terminology is a plus.
· Technical knowledge of SAP functionality, data input, and retrieval required, specifically with respect to accounting, purchasing, and maintenance functions
· Excellent attention to detail, advanced computer and MS-Office skills, effective organization skills, good communication skills (oral and written), and good follow-up skills.
· Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
· Must be self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities and deal positively with employees and managers at all levels

The refinery can process heavy crude oil as well as lighter domestic crudes. It also has a dedicated unit to produce low-sulfur fuels, which reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We own a steam cracker in a joint venture with BASF that can transform a wide range of feedstocks such as ethane, propane, butane and naphtha into ethylene, propylene, butadiene, and other chemical raw materials.
