Our dynamic Finance team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to help keep our financial operations running smoothly. This role is more than just crunching numbers - you'll manage key accounting processes, ensure accurate reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to support business decisions. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Take ownership of accounts receivable and account payable (AR/AP) - Including invoicing, dispute resolution, vendor/customer communications Monitor AR Aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections Assist in financial close processes including preparing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Maintain accurate general ledger records through routine bookkeeping Support financial reporting efforts, including variance analysis and reconciliations Collaborate with Accounting Manager and other stakeholders on ad hoc projectsWHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and revenue recognition Experience with accounting software Such as: QuickBooks, NetSuite, Rippling, Certify, Vena, or similar Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Think: Advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling Basic knowledge of, or interest in, SaaS accounting standards Hands on experience working in Accounting or FinanceWHO YOU ARE
