Responsibilities: + Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. + Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. + Support accounts payable and receivable activities as needed. + Ensure compliance with accounting principles and local, state, and federal regulations. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational financial goals. Requirements + Prior experience in Auditing is preferred.3–5 years of professional accounting experience. + Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles. + Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills is highly valued. + Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills. + Real estate industry experience is a huge plus!
